Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, follow the daily schedule, and operate cleaning equipment while reporting hazards to supervision.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM with a wage of $15–$16 per hour. No advanced education is required; 3–6 months of training or experience is preferred, with potential safety and forklift training as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities
