Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish helpful.
• Ability to follow directions and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience with custodial, gardening, or light maintenance equipment.
• Strong sense of cleanliness, tidiness, and professionalism.
• Ability to interact positively with staff, volunteers, and the public.
• Must maintain a valid California Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement and direct maintenance of buildings, grounds and vehicles.
• Perform pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Keep facility and grounds clean and in good order.
• Assist with food pantry as directed by Corps Officers.
• Coordinate with staff to address custodian/maintenance needs and safety checks.
