Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license if required to drive a company vehicle.
• Availability for third shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks and maintenance per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Make rounds to pick up trash and debris.
• Empty all trash receptacles inside and outside, including offices.
• Report malfunctions and submit repair requests.
• Follow OSHA rules and regulations.
• Clean restrooms and maintain supplies.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
• Maintain a neat appearance and complete uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
