Job summary

CSL is seeking a full-time custodian at our Tulsa collection center. You will keep the facility clean and orderly, perform basic maintenance, and support safety and confidentiality standards throughout the day.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least a few months of custodial experience. Overtime may be needed to meet center operations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months experience as a custodian preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions.
• Able to observe equipment operation and interact with customers.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables, chairs, cabinets, counters and appliances in break room and waiting areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture and remove trash; daily window/door cleaning.
• Perform minor maintenance such as changing bulbs, painting, plumbing and carpentry.
• Monitor grounds/parking, assist in recycling and repack shipping materials.
• Maintain restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Receive supplies, move materials, and ensure available operating forms.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and maintain confidentiality of center information.
• Cross-training possible; may require bilingual skills per business needs.
