CSL is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain a clean, safe collection center environment in New York. The role includes cleaning duties in break rooms, donor areas, restrooms and common spaces, along with basic maintenance and materials handling.

You may assist in recycling and packaging, and participate in cross-training as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of custodian experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) months experience as a custodian preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans tables, chairs, cabinets, counters and appliances in break room and donor waiting area.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture and remove trash.
• Clean windows and doors daily.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Monitor grounds and parking areas, pick up litter as required.
• Assist in recycling and repackaging shipping materials.
• Inspect and clean restrooms; restock supplies.
• Receive supplies from vendors and move to storage/released areas.
• Maintain clean, efficient work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and OSHA policies; promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
