CSL is seeking a detail-oriented custodian to maintain a clean, safe center environment including daily cleaning tasks and minor maintenance. You will handle trash removal, restroom upkeep, and stock replenishment while complying with health and safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to follow instructions, and physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Overtime may be required to meet center needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk up to 100% of the time.

Mansioni

• Clean tables, chairs, cabinets, counters and appliances in break room and donor waiting area.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture and remove trash.
• Clean windows and doors daily.
• Perform minor maintenance like changing bulbs, painting, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Monitor grounds and parking lots; pick up litter.
• Assist in recycling and repackaging shipping materials.
• Inspect and clean restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Receive supplies from vendors and move to storage areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
