CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Facilities and Custodial Technician for Elan Northwoods / Elan Paseo Vista in San Marcos. The role supports upkeep, repairs and turnovers at the apartment community, delivering excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years custodial/apartment maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and carpentry.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, team and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Grounds: maintain cleanliness of common areas and secure vacant units.
• Painting: follow company guidelines and keep work areas clean.
• Housekeeping: clean property, leasing office, restrooms, models and vacant units; manage supplies.
• Maintenance: assist with equipment upkeep, respond to service requests, maintain tools and inventory; support make-ready tasks.
• Records & Safety: document service requests and follow safety protocols; report hazards.
• Customer Service: build rapport with residents and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks as needed.
