CONAM Management Corporation’s Elan Milano and Elan Vista Alta in Oceanside, CA are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance, lead a maintenance team, and ensure timely completion of work orders while preserving curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

This full-time position offers full benefits and a pay range of $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, requiring hands-on skills, leadership, and a valid driver's license. On-call rotation and local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in multi-family environment preferred.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance team and monitor performance against goals.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety and customer service.
• Assist in budgeting and bid recommendations.
• Enforce CONAM policies and state regulations.
• Perform and oversee routine preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Ensure safety and operational standards are met.
• Local driving for property management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
