Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Facilities and Custodial Technician for Pinewood Apartment Homes in Redlands, CA. This part-time role supports the maintenance team with upkeep, repairs, turnovers, and resident-focused service on-site.

You will perform cleaning, groundskeeping, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks while adhering to safety standards and CONAM guidelines. A flexible schedule and on-call rotation are expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years hands-on custodial/apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and carpentry.
Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and safety-conscious approach.
Excellent verbal/written communication and resident service mindset.
Flexible schedule and on-call rotation; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Grounds: maintain cleanliness of common areas and secure vacant units.
Painting: follow guidelines and maintain clean work areas.
Housekeeping: clean property, leasing office, restrooms, models, and vacant units.
Maintenance: assist with equipment upkeep, respond to requests, manage tools and inventory.
Records & Safety: document requests, follow safety protocols, report hazards.
Customer Service: build rapport with residents and handle after-hours emergencies.
Other Duties: perform additional tasks as needed.
