Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the exteriors and common areas at Elan Shadowridge Meadows & Elan Pointe Vista in Vista, CA. You will support property teams in keeping lawns, gardens, parking areas, and entrances neat, safe, and attractive.

This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package and a pay range of $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth within our multi-state portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of grounds experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process.
• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter.
• Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
• Ability to drive locally for business purposes pertaining to property management maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team and help support Elan Shadowridge Meadows & Elan Pointe Vista in the Vista, CA area.

This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
