Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, Texas is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support for a large solar cell/space infrastructure project. You will coordinate work orders, space planning, vendor management, and purchasing to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will track contracts, manage RFPOs, and assist with budgeting and scheduling for maintenance and construction activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in customer service, facilities coordination, vendor/contract management, or facilities maintenance.
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
3+ years of facilities or project/program management experience preferred.
FMP, PMP, or similar certification desirable.
Experience with WARP/ERP systems and reading basic floor plans.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate work orders in ERP and track RFPOs and assets.
Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope control for facilities projects.
Manage service contracts and vendor selection with cost control.
Coordinate vendor schedules and logistics to minimize disruption.
Assist with space planning, seating, and office outfitting.
Ensure ITAR/NDA compliance, safety training, and reporting.
