Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and utility systems to ensure stable production environments.
• Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment, chilled water systems, pumps, and related mechanical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair ducts, piping, valves, and safety-critical equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to diagnose issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and ITAR requirements.
