Job summary

A-Max Auto Insurance Master is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure safe, comfortable, and business-friendly workplaces across locations. You will manage work orders, liaise with vendors, and support insurance claims while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in facilities/property administration, strong vendor relationships, and proficiency in MS Office and CMMS tools. This is an on-site role in Dallas with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration.
• Experience dealing with contractors and vendors.
• Experience with Shipping & Logistics is a plus.
• Experience with Service Channel a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn company/proprietary software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Suites.

Responsibilities

• Track, troubleshoot, review and complete incoming work orders using a CMMS system.
• Verify all work is completed on time, within budget and per standards.
• Coordinate with landlords and vendors to ensure repairs are handled and on schedule.
• Communicate with offices to provide best-in-class customer service.
• Assist and coordinate with the department on insurance claims and progress updates.
• Review vendor reports and plans; adjust as needed.
• Grow the vendor network to ensure multiple providers per trade.
