Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  3. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
  4. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  5. Support meeting and event logistics, including room reservations and catering.
  6. Ensure common areas are organized and well-stocked.
  7. Assist with security procedures, including visitor access.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  9. Provide general administrative support as needed.
