Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, building operations or related fields.
• Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to perform light maintenance and facility support activities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and service activities for building systems and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and general workspace maintenance.
• Support custodial activities and workplace readiness.
• Assist with room setups and teardown for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, safe work.
• Provide administrative support for facilities operations and logistics.
