Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an FF&E Coordinator to support the Facilities team in Orlando. The role manages furniture, equipment, office moves, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations across the firm.

You will coordinate with internal staff and external vendors, supervise buildouts, and handle day-to-day facility requests with attention to deadlines and organizational excellence. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Organization: Ability to manage multiple facility requests, repairs, and projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees, management, and external vendors.
• Problem Solving: Ability to respond to facility issues and help coordinate solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively with others, take initiative, and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for building systems as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for the ordering, delivery, and installation of furniture, equipment, and appliances.
• Coordinate office moves following the completion of buildouts.
• Assist with day‑to‑day facility‑related requests and needs.
