About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of asset operations and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
  • Gather reports to monitor performance and progress.
  • File work orders, proposals, and departmental documents submitted by vendors.
  • Monitor external activities like waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, communicate effectively, and ask clarifying questions.
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Use established procedures to resolve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Perform duties as described in detail, following defined methods and tasks.
  • Deliver output by following procedures under supervision.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to follow work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills for calculating simple figures like percentages and discounts.
Additional Requirements

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. or more. Must understand and interpret instructions, write routine reports, and respond effectively to inquiries. Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles is required.
