About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

What You’ll Do
  1. Greet all visitors warmly, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
  2. Answer phones professionally, create presentations, and speak to groups.
  3. Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  4. Manage work orders for janitorial or maintenance issues, and coordinate workplace services like mail and supplies.
  5. Address inquiries or complaints professionally, providing solutions.
  6. Organize on-site events, including securing spaces and setting up.
  7. Follow security and emergency procedures, and notify relevant parties.
  8. Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods.
  9. Explain complex information clearly and follow directions from management.
  10. Perform duties with clarity and limited discretion, using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
What You’ll Need
  1. High School Diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of related experience.
  2. Ability to follow routines and standards.
  3. Effective communication skills for straightforward exchanges.
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Strong organizational skills and curiosity.
Additional Requirements

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with accommodations provided for disabilities. Requires physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs or more.
