Job summary

Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support multiple departments, ensure policy-adherent operations, and assist with administrative tasks across Plant Operations, Environmental Services, Laundry, and Communications. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work across various locations.

The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of independent work, and familiar with The Joint Commission standards.

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.

Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, they provide support to all staffed departments within the Facilities umbrella, including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Services, Laundry, and Communications. Additionally, they provide administrative & logistical support for all contracted service providers within the Facilities umbrella.
