Job summary

Orangewood Foundation in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support Samueli Academy and other Orangewood Foundation sites. This full-time, non-exempt role handles maintenance tasks, work orders, and preventative maintenance under the Facilities Manager, coordinating with vendors and ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements include 3+ years of maintenance experience, OSHA 10, knowledge of HVAC/electrical/plumbing, ability to read manuals, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance technician experience preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour safety card preferred.
• Experience with building management software/systems preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance; DMV clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work orders and projects at multiple sites.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; document updates in ticketing system.
• Ensure facilities meet standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Close work orders efficiently and support preventative maintenance plans.
