Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician I (Property Maintenance) to support multiple locations in Santa Ana, CA. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and help create a safe, functional environment for members and staff.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with vendors and management.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial services, construction, handyman work or related field.
• Experience with basic plumbing, lighting, painting, HVAC maintenance, and general building repairs.
• Experience with work order systems and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and repairs across branch locations and headquarters.
• Respond to work orders and resolve facility issues related to building systems, lighting, plumbing, furniture, and general maintenance.
• Assist with HVAC preventive maintenance and basic system upkeep.
• Maintain restroom and breakroom facilities and perform cosmetic repairs to meet standards.
• Support office moves, furniture assembly, space reconfigurations, and equipment setup.
