Job summary

Castelion is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the Midland, Texas site. You will own daily lunch coordination, manage supply programs, coordinate vendors, and assist the Facilities Manager across projects as the site grows.

This full-time, on-site role requires excellent organization, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities. You will work with EHS, Security, and Operations to maintain a safe, efficient workplace and support site events and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ownership mindset to drive tasks with limited direction.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable in both office and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Own daily lunch coordination for Midland employees, including ordering and delivery coordination.
• Manage snack, beverage, kitchen, and site supply programs across Midland properties.
• Coordinate recurring site services and vendors, including janitorial, waste, pest control, water service, landscaping, portable restrooms, and other services.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify needs and drive resolutions.
• Assist the Facilities Manager across projects and changing site priorities.
• Submit, track, and follow up on facilities requests and work orders to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Partner with EHS, Security, Operations to coordinate facilities activities and maintain a safe environment.
• Support site events, employee activities, and visitor needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve site services and employee experience.
• Take on additional site responsibilities as needed.
