Job description

Why Castelion, Why Now

Castelion is moving incredibly fast to develop and deliver advanced defense systems at a time when execution matters more than ever. We believe focus and technical excellence are decisive advantages - and we are building a team that can deliver real capability, not just concepts.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, where your work will directly shape critical systems, influence major technical decisions, and have immediate, real-world impact.

Facilities Coordinator – Midland, TX

We are seeking a highly proactive, hands‑on Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations of Castelion's Midland, Texas site. This role is responsible for ensuring the day‑to‑day needs of the site are handled efficiently and consistently, including employee lunch coordination, snack and beverage programs, janitorial services, recurring site services, vendor coordination, and general facilities support.

Success in this role requires someone who is extremely organized, resourceful, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate has a strong service mindset but is equally comfortable working in an industrial environment, coordinating contractors, moving supplies, solving unexpected problems, or helping execute a facilities project. This person should naturally see what needs to get done and take ownership of getting it across the finish line.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position requiring flexibility to support changing site priorities and occasional needs outside of standard business hours.

  • Assist the Facilities Manager across a wide range of operational needs, facilities projects, and changing site priorities

  • Submit, track, and follow up on facilities requests and work orders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Partner with EHS, Security, Operations, and other site teams to coordinate facilities activities and maintain a safe and operationally ready environment

  • Support site events, employee activities, visitor needs, and other operational requirements as they arise
