Castelion is building a new 1,000-acre facility in New Mexico. We seek a proactive Facilities Manager to own the site’s development, operations, and continuous improvement, coordinating engineering, manufacturing and office environments.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities/operations, strong knowledge of building systems, and experience leading large, multi-building sites. The position emphasizes safety, uptime, and decisive action in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities, site operations, or industrial/manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience supporting large, multi-building sites (campus-style or industrial environments preferred).
• Ability to build and implement SOPs, maintenance programs, and operational processes from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and maintenance best practices.
• Operational discipline in high-reliability environments with focus on uptime and safety.
• Prior experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs and maintenance programs for the new NM site.
• Lead operations and facilities management across engineering, manufacturing, and office spaces.
• Prioritize competing demands and drive safety and uptime objectives.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and cross-functional teams to deliver site development and ongoing operations.
