Job Description

Facilities Coordinator

Full-Time (12-months), Non-Exempt, Category 4

Salary Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Position Summary

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. You will work closely with the operations team to manage a large-scale educational facility, including clerical support, asset management, record keeping, and vendor relations.

Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours, including stairs and ladders
  • Access to heights such as roofs and catwalks
  • Heavy lifting (50 lbs)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software
  • Prior facilities management experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
Responsibilities Summary
  • Assist with organizational needs, document management, vendor communication, and meetings
  • Manage construction projects, including documentation and meetings
  • Research and present product options for projects
  • Create and maintain data systems
  • Review purchases and maintain tracking systems
  • Interact with Building Departments for permits and inspections
  • Organize historic campus documentation
  • Work environment: 75% office, 25% field
  • Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, or as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
