An established industry player is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to ensure a functional and safe site in Los Angeles. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team dedicated to maintaining high operational standards while managing budgets and vendor relationships. Your expertise in facilities management and effective communication will be crucial as you collaborate with various teams, ensuring excellence in operations. As a Site Services and Operations (SS&O) Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure the site is functional, clean, and safe, providing site leadership to a team managing operations specific to facilities. You will respond promptly to alerts and alarms related to MEP, leak detection, HVAC, etc. Regular site walks will be conducted to inspect and assess all floors, ensuring mechanical and aesthetic standards are maintained. You will manage the PM & R&M schedules, projects, and all MEP & interior finishes vendors. Assisting the Events team in maintaining pantry equipment in partnership with our in-house Catering vendor is also part of your role. Experience with RFP, RFI, budget management is required. You will manage Op Ex budget lines and develop 5 Year Cap Ex plans aligned with our current real estate strategies. Your passion for technical expertise, cross-team, and cross-site collaboration is essential. You will serve as a key stakeholder to our Global Engineering Team supporting the DTLA office. Additionally, you will act as a backup to the Operations Manager, providing updates, work progress, recommendations, and feedback to promote operational and facilities excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $79,438 - $127,101. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital.
