Join to apply for the Facilities Coordinator role at JLL.

Work Shift Hours: Monday Through Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM [Onsite]. Overtime Opportunity.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $58,240 annually

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing general FM services, including monitoring of facility projects, repairs, and inspection work orders.
  2. Collaborating with the Account Director on property management operations such as procurement, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service contracts, and processing accounts payable and receivables.
  3. Supporting tactical planning for team goals and objectives.
  4. Managing small facility management tasks and coordinating special events.
  5. Supporting meetings, conference room reservations, and scheduling maintenance activities.
  6. Communicating with clients, visitors, vendors, and facilities staff to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Assisting with budget requests, analysis, and reporting, including researching and analyzing budget variances.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) and administrative support experience.
