ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a facilities professional to assist with oversight of subcontractor management and to handle moves, adds, and changes within client sites. This role supports a range of service areas including cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, and mailroom operations.

Preferred candidates bring FM experience in Business & Industry or Hospitality leadership backgrounds, strong

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector.
• Or prior Hospitality management experience in a leadership role such as Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinator, or Operations/General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, adds, changes within the facility environment.

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector
• Or prior Hospitality experience in a management role, Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinators, Operations/General Manager
• Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial
• GMP experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
