Job Description

Rally House is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of facility management to create a safe, comfortable, and productive working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance tasks for the facility, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.
  • Assist in space planning and utilization to optimize the functionality of the facility.
  • Coordinate office moves, including furniture arrangements and setup of workstations.
  • Maintain accurate records of space allocations and changes.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any identified concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes related to facility management.
  • Monitor and manage utility consumption, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Coordinate with utility providers to address any service disruptions or billing discrepancies.
  • Work with security vendors to implement and maintain security systems.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinating with appropriate authorities as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
  • Conduct drills and training sessions to ensure the preparedness of facility occupants.
  • Assist in the development and management of the facilities budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Plan and Organize, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications

High school diploma required; 2+ years related experience required, small box retail stores a plus; Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team; Passion for Rally House success; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow through skills; Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn other software programs quickly; NetSuite is a plus; Must be a self-starter with good initiative; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proven time management skills. Works well with timelines and deadlines.

Work is performed in office and retail construction environments and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and to walk short distances.
