An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee critical maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role involves overseeing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. Responsibilities include evaluating projects, examining facility needs, managing equipment for efficiency, developing standard procedures, and ensuring system functionality.
Manage and direct maintenance operations, oversee sustainability initiatives for EPA compliance, handle complex projects, develop regional goals, control budgets, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote company policies and ethics. You will also foster a respectful and inclusive work environment, act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years’ experience in facilities or construction management, or 5 years’ relevant experience. EPA 608 Certification required within 90 days of hire.
Experience in general maintenance, supervising associates, and working on cross-functional teams or projects is preferred.
