As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly across 200+ acres by supporting projects, coordinating vendors, and ensuring our spaces stay safe, clean, and efficient.

Position Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and service requests using our internal systems.
  • Serve as the main contact for vendors, contractors, and employees via phone, email, or in person.
  • Create and track work orders for audit findings and analyze department reports.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or building maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
