About The Role

The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful completion of client facility needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Communicate work orders and assist in resolving issues.
  • Provide reports on work orders and check status with relevant personnel.
  • Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and department documents.
  • Create vendor files, verify completed paperwork, and train vendors on procedures.
  • Assist with facility inspections.
  • Use PC and/or PDA for work order management, email, ESS, and training.
  • Assist with process and procedure training.
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of two years related experience or training.
  • Ability to interpret instructions, write reports, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles and Microsoft Office Outlook.
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Decision-making skills within company policies and procedures.
