Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Facilities Contract Supervisor to oversee administrative support, ordering, invoicing, and reporting for Florida operations.

You will coordinate with store teams, Field Operations, service providers, and internal finance teams to ensure timely orders and accurate data. Main duties include PO creation, invoice review, delivery tracking, and Nuvolo data maintenance, while identifying facility repair needs and coordinating with maintenance teams and the Facilities

Responsibilities

• Performs diverse administrative support functions.
• Assesses emails, photographs, and construction documents to identify equipment or parts to order.
• Reviews quotes, purchase orders, and warehouse shipping logs across multiple systems.
• Prepares purchase orders and reviews invoices.
• Tracks and communicates deliveries.
• Develops and maintains reports using collected data.
• Uses both systems and manual data entry as needed.
• Communicates with store and Field Operations teams and service providers.
• Maintains Nuvolo data accuracy with Florida Division Facilities Specialist.
• Assists in identifying facility repair needs and coordinates with maintenance teams.
• Monitors project and program expenditures.
• Collaborates with Enterprise Accounting, Fixed Assets and Division Finance Teams.
