Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in building construction or renovation.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing fixtures.
• Maintains and repairs lighting, electrical and HVAC equipment.
• Installs and maintains locks, hinges and security devices.
• Constructs and repairs foundations, walls, and other structures.
