Responsibilities

• Repair electrical systems not requiring a license; maintain HVAC equipment and related components.
• Install and repair locks; create or replace keys; handle basic security devices.
• Construct and repair foundations, walls, walks and brickwork; mix mortar and lay bricks.
• Operate and maintain construction and maintenance equipment such as trucks, bulldozers and mowers.
