SP+ Corporation is seeking a capable Operations Leader at our Pittsburgh location. You will supervise and develop a diverse team, manage budgets, and supervise daily operations to ensure excellent client experience and efficient parking services.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen including budgeting and P&L awareness, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Salary is around $70k with comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety plans to prevent recurrence.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure OSHA compliance.
