Responsibilities

Create and distribute newsletters, articles, project updates, and employee communications.
Develop, maintain, and standardize Facilities Services website content and other digital communications.
Develop multimedia content including photography, video, graphics, and digital marketing materials.
Serve as a liaison between Facilities Services and Institutional Marketing for branding consistency.
Coordinate distribution of college-wide notifications related to Facilities Services projects and initiatives.
Support marketing and outreach through digital communications, social media, website content, and promotional materials.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new Facilities Services employees with HR and Payroll.
Facilitate onboarding orientations, training, and resource delivery.
Enter, update, and maintain data in CMMS and other Facilities software.
Monitor tasks and ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
Participate in event planning and departmental projects.
Act as backup support for Facilities administration.
