Job summary

Salt Lake Community College is seeking an Assistant Director of Campus Experience to lead campus operations, foster an inclusive, student-centered environment, and align services with college goals. You will supervise Navigation Hub, Faculty Support Center, and campus operations while collaborating with peer directors to standardize practices and improve student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–4 years of full-time relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision in a campus operations setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on inclusive excellence.
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily campus operations to deliver a student-centered experience.
• Build and coach a cohesive team at Navigation Hub and Faculty Support Center.
• Promote welcoming campus culture grounded in SLCC's mission and values.
• Use service metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and resource allocation.
• Oversee Navigation Hub services ensuring clear, timely guidance across channels.
