Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician located at their campus in Madison, WI, to maintain business continuity across their global campuses. This role involves monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and coordinating emergency responses during disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages.

Ideal candidates will possess strong situational awareness and decision-making skills, and have excellent communication abilities. This position requires flexibility for shifts, with relocation assistance provided.

Position located at Epic’s campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required. Epic provides financial assistance for relocation.

Overview

As an Operations Center Technician, you will help maintain business continuity across Epic’s global campuses by monitoring real‑time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
