Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician based in Madison, WI, responsible for maintaining business continuity across its global campuses. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and coordinate emergency responses to ensure safety.

Ideal candidates have experience in security operations or emergency response, strong situational awareness, and decision-making skills. This position requires COVID-19 vaccination and offers relocation assistance for those moving to the Madison area.

Location & Relocation

Position based on our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to area required. Recruitment is national and financial relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Center Technician, you will maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses to disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
