Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician based in Madison, WI, who will be pivotal in maintaining business continuity across our global campuses. This role involves monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations. Suitable candidates must exhibit strong situational awareness, decision-making, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Relocation assistance is provided, and candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.

Location & Relocation

Position based on our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to area required. Recruitment is national and financial relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Center Technician, you will maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses to disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
