Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure daily upkeep while following safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to read and interpret instructions, and strong verbal and written communication. Some positions may require driving to different sites; a valid driver's license could be needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong written communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
