Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine materials and perform carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, roofing and trim tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing and issue purchase orders.
• Inspect elevators each morning and coordinate repairs with maintenance vendors.
• Install and finish interior surfaces, frames, doors, windows, ceilings and partitions.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and assist with storm cleanup.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with Facilities Administration.
