Calhoun Community College is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician responsible for repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment, carpentry, drywall, painting, and locksmith duties. The role involves coordinating with vendors, inspecting systems daily, and assisting with storm cleanup and construction tasks.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of related experience.

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment, construction and repair of woodwork and cabinets, installation and repairing locks and other related tasks.
Salary: Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule E2, Grade 3: $47,029 - $65,218
(Salary placement within this range is determined by your documented years of full-time related work experience)
Work Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; Friday 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
