Responsibilities

• Perform general routine cleaning and sanitizing of a custodial nature.
• Perform routine repairs to buildings and grounds at all sites.
• Perform general maintenance repairs and projects scheduled by the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively.
• Assist the carpenter, plumber, HVAC and electrician on routine maintenance issues.
• Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping tasks as part of maintenance duties.
