The role involves janitorial tasks, lawn maintenance, and basic facility support, working with the Facilities/Maintenance team to address daily needs and safety concerns. The ideal candidate can operate cleaning and lawn equipment safely, follow procedures, and communicate hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, landscaping, or facilities preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning and lawn equipment after training.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and schedules.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Effective communication of hazards and needs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Respond to spills, hazards, and safety concerns promptly.
• Complete work orders and routine facility checklists on time.
• Maintain janitorial closets and secure tools and equipment.
• Follow safety, PPE, and access-control requirements.
