Job summary

One Source Manufacturing Headquarters in Leander, TX seeks a Facilities Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing space. You will handle shop floor cleaning, machinery cleaning, and safe waste handling to support efficient operations.

The role requires practical experience with industrial cleaning, ability to operate cleaning tools and a forklift, and adherence to safety protocols. This is a full-time on-site position in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in maintenance.
• Preference for craft apprenticeship or similar production maintenance background.
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance tools safely in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Shop Floor Upkeep: perform janitorial duties to keep floors clean and debris-free.
• Equipment & Waste Management: operate a forklift for material transport and manage metal recycling.
• Machinery Maintenance: clean and maintain CNC, milling machines and lathes.
• Facility Cleanliness: clean common areas including restrooms and break rooms.
• Safety & Compliance: follow PPE and safety protocols at all times.
