Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Austin, TX to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You’ll perform daily janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and uphold safety protocols while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include following the daily schedule, reporting hazards, and assisting with punch-list items as needed. The role requires professional conduct and effective communication with leads and coworkers.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3–6 months of training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized assigned areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
