Job summary

Athena Manufacturing seeks a Facilities Support Specialist to maintain a clean, safe, and professional campus. You will perform janitorial tasks, waste removal, and basic facility support to prepare spaces for employees, customers, and visitors.

Work independently and with the Facilities/Maintenance team to respond to daily needs, address spills or safety concerns, and ensure readiness of the campus. Training and growth opportunities are available within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to safely use cleaning tools and basic lawn equipment after training.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, safety procedures, schedules.
• Dependable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, common areas, entrances, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors; clean interior glass, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers, replace liners, move waste to designated collection areas.
• Restock restroom, breakroom, and janitorial supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory is low.
