No degree is required; training is provided. You will rely on strong customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with a Monday–Friday shift 5:00 AM–1:00 PM and quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; transferable skills welcomed.
• Customer service skills and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active on the job.
• Regular attendance and reliability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and other spaces.
• Removing trash, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to keep spaces clean.
• Monitoring and stocking supplies so we’re always ready for the next busy day.
• Deep cleaning appliances, equipment, and vending machines inside and out.
• Clearing sidewalks, visitor parking spaces, handicapped spots, and expectant mothers' spaces of ice, snow, and debris during inclement weather to keep everyone safe and happy.
• Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
